As part of our training portfolio we run a complete Leadership Development training programme which is accredited by ILM (Institute of Leadership Management).  ILM is the leading specialist provider of leadership qualifications in the UK, and as part of our ILM programme you will also receive 12 months' free membership to the ILM resource centre and a certificate.

There are three separate programmes in our ILM training portfolio - Manager Skills Training; Leadership Skills Training; and Leadership for Growth Training.

Each programme is ideal for team leaders; managers or aspiring managers and focusses on giving candidates the right skills, knowledge and confidence needed to perform effectively in their job.

Comprises of the following six modules - Effective Interviewing, Hiring and On-boarding; Effective Performance Reviews; Effectively Managing Poor Performance; Understanding UK Employment Law; Running Effective Meetings; Effective Time Management.

These programmes can be run as a residential course, in house or the modules can be attended separately.

Programme 2 - Leadership Skills Training

Comprises of the following six modules - Effective Delegating; Effective Communication; Building Sustainable Relationships; Conflict Management; Effective Goal Setting and Planning; Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

Comprises of the following four modules - Fundamental Leadership Skills; Develop and Facilitate Vision, Values and Competencies; Change Management; The Role of Leaders as Coaches.
